Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 30, 2026This policy explains how Lbctracking and the services used to operate, secure, measure, and fund the Site handle information about visitors.
1. Scope and Data Controller
This Privacy Policy applies to the public pages and restricted administration area of exy.lbctracking.online and its subdomains (the “Site”). It describes information processed when you browse articles, use Site features, or contact us.
For processing controlled by the Site, the data controller is Lbctracking, operated by Li Juan in Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province, China. Contact details appear in Section 14. Hosting, content-delivery, security, and email providers may process limited data under their own terms.
2. Information We Collect or Process
2.1 Device, request, and advertising data
Our hosting, security, and advertising infrastructure may process your IP address, User-Agent string, browser and device type, operating system, language, approximate location derived from IP, requested URL, referring page, date and time, network information, response status, security events, cookie or similar identifiers, consent signals, and information about ad requests, impressions, and interactions.
2.2 Information you provide
If you contact us by email or through a form that may be added to the Site, we process your name, email address, message, attachments, and other information you choose to provide. Please do not send passwords, payment-card data, veterinary records, government identifiers, or other sensitive information unless specifically requested and necessary.
2.3 Administration data
Authorized administrators may use authentication credentials, secure session cookies, access logs, and a browser-stored language preference. These features protect the restricted administration area and are not intended to profile public readers.
2.4 Information not intentionally requested
The Site does not currently offer public user accounts, comments, payments, or newsletter registration. We do not intentionally request precise geolocation, biometric data, payment-card data, or special-category personal data from public visitors.
3. How We Collect Information
- Automatically: through ordinary HTTP requests, Google Publisher Tag ad requests, cookies or similar identifiers, consent signals, and infrastructure, security, and error logs.
- Directly from you: when you email us, send a privacy request, or voluntarily submit information through an available form.
- From service providers: hosting, content-delivery, security, email, and advertising providers may return operational, delivery, measurement, consent, or abuse-prevention information.
When an ad position is reached, the browser may contact Google to request an advertisement. The request may include the page URL, IP address, User-Agent, device information, cookie identifiers where permitted, consent status, and ad-event information.
4. Purposes and Legal Bases
Depending on your location and the activity involved, we rely on legitimate interests, performance of a requested service, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where required. We use information to:
- Deliver pages, media, Site functionality, and advertising
- Select, limit, measure, and protect advertising, including detecting invalid traffic and abuse
- Secure the Site, investigate errors or abuse, and protect infrastructure
- Respond to messages, corrections, complaints, and privacy requests
- Authenticate administrators and maintain necessary business and legal records
We do not sell personal information for money. Google and its advertising partners may process data independently under their own policies, consent signals, and user settings.
5. Advertising and Google
5.1 Google advertising
The Site uses Google Publisher Tag and Google Ad Manager. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on a visitor’s prior visits to this Site or other websites, where permitted by law and the visitor’s choices. Google and participating partners may also use advertising cookies to select, personalize, limit, measure, and report advertising and to prevent fraud.
5.2 Your advertising choices
You can manage or turn off personalized advertising through Google My Ad Center. Google also explains controls for ads on partner sites in its personalized advertising guidance. Browser cookie controls and any consent interface displayed by the Site provide additional choices. Turning off personalization does not necessarily remove ads; non-personalized or contextual ads may still appear.
5.3 Other advertising networks
No non-Google advertising network is intentionally configured in the current Site code. If another network is added, this policy will be updated with the provider name, a link to its privacy or opt-out information, and the relevant data practices before use where required.
5.4 Independent providers
Google and advertisers are independent third parties. They control their own advertising content, products, services, and data processing under their policies and applicable law.
7. Third-Party Services
| Service | Status and purpose | Data that may be processed |
|---|---|---|
| Hosting and origin infrastructure | Active storage and delivery of Site files and operational logs | IP address, request headers, URL, timing, error events, and network information |
| Content-delivery or security provider, if used by the deployed host | Page delivery, performance, abuse prevention, and network security | IP address, request headers, URL, timing, and security events |
| Google Ad Manager / Google Publisher Tag | Active advertising delivery, measurement, frequency control, reporting, and fraud prevention | IP address, page URL, User-Agent, device and browser information, cookie or similar identifiers where permitted, consent signals, and ad-event data |
| Email provider for the published contact address | Active handling of messages sent to the contact address | Email address, message content, headers, and attachments |
| Google Analytics | Inactive; no Google Analytics tag is loaded | No Google Analytics data is intentionally collected by current Site code |
See Google’s explanation of information from partner sites for additional details about Google’s processing.
9. Data Retention
| Data category | Typical retention |
|---|---|
| Routine web and error logs | Up to 90 days, unless needed longer for security investigation, legal obligations, or dispute resolution |
| Security and fraud records | Up to 24 months, or longer where reasonably necessary to address an active incident or legal claim |
| Email correspondence and privacy requests | Up to 24 months after the last interaction; records needed to demonstrate compliance may be retained for up to 7 years |
| Administrator session data | Session duration or up to 7 days; security access logs may be retained up to 12 months |
| Consent records | Up to 13 months, then renewed where required, or until withdrawal where earlier |
| Advertising cookies and provider data | Set and controlled by Google or the relevant vendor according to its policy, consent signal, and legal obligations |
We may delete information sooner when it is no longer needed. Backup copies may remain for a limited additional period before routine deletion or overwrite.
10. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal data; restrict or object to processing; receive portable data; withdraw consent; and complain to a privacy or data-protection authority. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
Residents of jurisdictions with “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted-advertising opt-out rights may use the consent interface, Google ad settings, browser controls, or contact us to exercise those rights. We do not discriminate against users for exercising privacy rights.
To submit a request, email the address in Section 14 with the subject “Privacy Request.” Describe the right you wish to exercise and the information involved. We may request limited additional information to verify identity and prevent unauthorized disclosure. An authorized agent may submit a request where local law permits, subject to proof of authority.
11. EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland
Google requires publishers using Google Ad Manager to serve ads in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland to use a Google-certified consent management platform integrated with the IAB Europe Transparency and Consent Framework where required. The deployment configuration for affected visitors must satisfy that requirement before personalized advertising is served.
The first layer of the applicable consent interface must clearly mention advertising personalization and provide accessible Accept, Reject, and Manage options choices; a notice that merely says the Site “uses cookies” is not sufficient. Where valid consent is absent, non-essential advertising storage and personalized advertising must not be enabled; limited or non-personalized ads may be used where legally permitted.
12. Children’s Privacy
The Site is a general-audience publication and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Google advertising must not be personalized for users known to be under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this policy when the Site, service providers, advertising configuration, or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Material changes may also be announced through a prominent Site notice or consent interface. The policy will be updated before a newly introduced non-essential service is intentionally used where prior notice or consent is required.
14. Contact
For privacy questions, consent concerns, or rights requests, contact us using the details below. Please include enough information for us to understand the request, but do not include unnecessary sensitive data.
Use the subject line “Privacy Request” for rights-related requests.
